For those arguing about "what a licker was". Play the game series, read the game journals and then read the fan site info.

I disagree with what those artists said about the licker and some commenters here. It does look like something I have seen before, in real (animal research/vivisection) laboratories, just not called "Umbrella".

And the resulting monsters are not tyrants, zombies etc. But deformed, sick, angry, experimented humans.

Resident Evil was originally about uncovering a conspiracy, solving puzzles, surviving with minimal amount of health/ammo, and actually being scared. The movies are not scary, and favor action over tension. The characters and scripting are bad, and the story line is pointless. Think about; in the movies post apocalyptic world why are Umbrella still making Bio-weapons if there's no one left to sell them to or use against? Games= better

@gabdarkrai very true it is an opinion but if you played the games first and loved the games pretty sure the movies were a huge disappointment for the hardcore fans of the games which is sad seeing as the movie was supposed to be for them :/

@starpopcorn2 I agree the games are MUCH better, the story, the horror aspect, and the fact that the actual characters aren't overpowered like Alice is. Since she's so powerful it's not even scary -.-, the first two movies were pretty cool imo but after that it was eh...

@Barricade2091 Exactly. The movies have nothing to do with survival horror or what made Resident Evil such a good game. Instead of being low on ammo and having to rashion health, all Alice did was send out some kind of super-sonic-shock-wave to blow every bad guy across the room. The films are like some bad Superman/ Matrix/ Dawn of the dead rip-off. Movies = Disappointment.

The Lickers are made from injecting the virus into living tissue. Basically a person with their skin, eyeballs, hair, ripped off. ^_^ So lovely.

In my opinion, this film series KICKS ASS!!!!!! Nothing says AWESOME like a zombie apocalypse with those things. I'd definately pay you guys to make a licker costume for me! XD
