rondomusic is the only dealer in the world, and the models are always one-off's. meaning that rondomusic lists only a guitar that they have for sale or that will be. check their website. you can also custom order these, but it's a good year or more before delivery! agile is actually one guy in china, i understand.

Devin recorded this YEARS ago when he was something like 19....back then Dev was pretty much using open C on sixes rather than open C with a low G on sevens or open B like more recent SYL/DTB/DTP stuff. That said, Detox was in drop D, Vampira in standard E but hey...

IIRC correctly, it was recorded using a custom ESP Tele with EMGs which poops on the "sterile" commentary. You can after all, drop the volume a little to make it more organic and less hammer smashed pre-amp ;-)

I think Dev plays in open c or b or something like that, so as long as you're willing to retune the crap outta your guitar, you should be able to play it.

How you dig the Agile? I almost got one but didnt want to wait for it. In retrospect it would have probably been a better purchase. I ended up getting the Schecter Hellraiser C-8, which is still an absolutely beastly instrument.

no, he does not. he plays a 7 string that is in open c. You could easily achieve the notes on a 6 string, I believe Tim is playing it in F# standard

pretty much. Makeshift your own set. Just use a regular a 9 or 10 set, 52 or 56 for the low B and a 70 or 72 for the 8th.

in regards to agiles... i have owned 6 ;) with a new one on the way.

personaly i think theyr a bit good to say the least! if you get a "Pro" model like an interceptor Pro or Intrepid Pro you will be getting one hell of a guitar!

hey man, this is the first i've seen of the Agile 8-strings! i've been wanting an 8 for a while...and have been looking at the ibanez [as i own 2 ibanez 7's] but ibanez 8's are so pricey...so do you think the Agile quality lives up to Ibanez quality? let me know what you think man! by the way...you're a badass on that there geetar =]

The emgs make it a bit better in my opinion, BUT for the money, the Agile wins by miles. I used to play Ibanez then i switched to Agile but the quility for the money is just unreal! my agile 7string is better than anyguitar iv ever played and it was only £300!
