solutio:

-go cydia and download ifile

-open ifile and navigate to /system/library/internet plug-ins

-cut the quicktime folder

-paste it somewhere where you can find it

-download music

-+to activate quicktime agaon simply cut and paste the quicktime folder back into the internet plug-ins folder again
