it is just hot air cold air that made this form luckily you was there to film it the sky is full of surprises and i filmed a cloud that looked just like a thumbs up as if it was gods hand with a thumb and could have been the jet stream i could hear it was windy as a child i watch all the dead leaves fly in the air the hole sky was full of them that was the jet stream doing that :)

In the beginning, the funnel goes down, and soon it can be called waterspouts than cloud. Does not appear that the tornado was the source of the cloud.

I was already thinking, can he formed a cold (or warm) the flow of wind from the sea, which is below, and warm (or cold) from the coast, which is higher.
