if it was my choice for which RE games go into RE umbrella chronicles i would have chosen RE0,RE1,RE2,RECV,RE3,RE4 because those are the RE games that are part of the main story line (and because i like them all alot)

If by "main story line" you mean the Umbrella story arc, then RE4 wouldn't be in it. Umbrella got shut down between 3 and 4; 4's the start of the new story arc regarding Wesker's secret organization.

if any1 is wondering how to unlock hunk, complete all of the raccoon destructions scenarios with A rank, the hardest to do is the nemesis 1, then complete the second ada scenario and you will unlock the fourth survivor scenario which is HUNK, this scenario is also where you can get the handcannon which when fully upgraded is awesome

The only things linking Degeneration to the rest of the RE series are Leon, Claire, and the T and G-viruses. Finally, the game's called "Umbrella Chronicles" because it tells the story of Umbrella, from its beginning, to its end. You can't make another "Umbrella Chronicles" game because Umbrella is DONE. Time to move on.
