It is delicious. As for cooking the beef twice... It's Chinese way... Actually, the advantage of cooking it twice is that if a lot of oil comes out of the beef, so before you add the rest of teh stuff, you have a chance to drain that out. I should have done that with this recipe, because you can see at the end that there is too much oil on the plate. I hope you enjoyed the food! Love Tifa :) 3
