Of course I can't compare, because I've never been to Iran and only get the impression from your video, but I can confirm that in places like Paris or Rome they drive very carelessly, too...

I haven't been to Paris, I only can prove that people drive very carelessly in Iran comparing to other countries that I've been to, and I haven't been to Iran since last summer, may be they're changed ;-)

yep, I've been to Paris they drive pretty much the same way as we do in Iran.
