@iiWolf The bands can be used for buiding strength at the ankle however we prefer to train with them right above the knee. This directly targets the legs, core and hips for speed, strength, flexibility and balance.

Yes you can run full speed in the bands. Working at 100% after stretching and warming up in kinetic bands is key.
