They could never prove it but several former Armstrong's teammates assure he was a non stopping incorrigible EPO consumer. The fact they couldn't prove it doesn't mean he didn't do it. I believe what several voices say than just one, far from it if that one comes from Armstring himself...
@huydon - I think we got our wires crossed. I think Mig was an awesome champion; pure class. Had there been no doping he would have won several Tours anyway. But 1994 was a very boring Tour. Mig destroyed everyone, his chief rival Tony Rominger crashed out, and so many riders were on EPO at that time we saw very few breaks with everyone just motoring along.
Armstrong's wins were probably more doped than these guys, plus he had none of Mig's class and humility.
The only good stage that year. Maybe the most boring Tour ever (or 2004). Total domination by one rider almost from the prologue. All during a period of rampant EPO use with no hct limits and no testing for it.
Al dia siguiente el titular no solo fue la victoria de Leblanc, en L'Equipe titulaban la Loi du Seigneur con un Miguel dejando clavado a Pantani, lastima que en el video no sea vea.-
Most of the 90's the riders were on heavy drug abuse, these 2 I believe were. It was the worst period for cycling. Miguel had a rsting heartbeat of...28. Come on people!

zenmachinefilms, simply clever! So you thought Miguel Indurain used EPO, and the others didn't
Neither Indurain, nor the others.
Indurain was, at that time, the best of the world. Sorry if you were bored. Or was more interesting Lance Armstrong wining 6 or 7 tours?

@huydon indurain was riding only on apple juice, coca cola and pasta. he was a genius. so was lance armstrong who only used coffee and sliced bread.

Holy moly. What a setting. Nothing but fog, and two cyclists battling each other for victory. Epicness.
I've never rode in fog before, and it seems like a bad idea. Cars can kill you instantly...

A mí tampoco, era muy poco ambicioso. En el Tour del 93 dejó ganar descaradamente a Rominger frenando en la línea de meta.
