The massive amount of food these men eat, if taken in too much before a show to put on size, is more likely to cause bloating that the anabolics they are using. Coleman displayed some bloating toward the end of his career. And when you see him now he's much smaller in the waiste than he was say in '05 and '06. Educate yourselves people.

@retorium its cause they have to eat alot to maintain that size, and from when they lift, theyre pushing out with their stomachs to help with the heavy lifts like when squatting, even with a belt its gonna make your abs come out more as if you where fat.

@retorium It's because they eat such large amounts of food that the lining of their stomachs stretch to accomodate their calorie intake. Earlier in Ronnie's career bloating wasn't a problem. As he got older and his metabolism slowed a bit he needed more protein and carbs to get the results he wanted. That stretched out his stomach and even when he was in his cutting phase it wasn't long enough for the stomach to shring in size. Don't listen to all the idiots saying steroids cause bloating.

The video screen is thinned out. Therefore, he's gonna look more narrow and skinnier, although his biceps peaks and arms overall in a double biceps pose will look bigger. I know his delts were a weak point at one time but I have this video and he looks balanced with no weak points, this version with the screen alteration does a lot of damage.
