Quality not up to the level of BMW and Audi? I cannot speak for Audis which are winning award for interior everywhere but BMW is not even consider luxury by many people simply because of its poor interior quality.

And the Lexus' take on iDrive? iDrive is consider the worst interface from the big three German manufacture. This guy is a BMW worshiper and it shows.
