I hope another one gets made. I loved the live-action Speed Racer movie. All the stupid upper-crust critics just don't know that the Wachaoski bros. succeeded in making a film faithful to its source, cheesyness and all.
Partially, they added the whole face in screen thing that newer animes do which I don't like, one of the reasons that I like Speed Racer is because it isn't plagued by the cliches of modern anime.
Yeah, they overused the face-sliding-across-the-screen technique too much, but other than that, I didn't think anything really detracted from enjoying the movie.
well i watched this as a kid and i loved it^^ hehe its good to see it again well thx dude for loading this on the web but the only thing... it takes a while till it loads to see it.... =(
I have every episode in the old series....I'm just having issues trying to post up the last two sections of this episode... ^^; Be patient though. I'll get it up ASAP.
