Can someone tell me if you can still get exhaust systems for this bike. I have a 1989 GSXR-1100 that I'd like to get a new system for.

What rear shock is that? I have one that looks the same on my 94.

Its a 2005/6 yamaha R1 rear shock.

Thanks! I'm thinking about axing the airbox and putting individual filters... any cons to your set up? Did you loose bottom end?

Can't say as they were on their when i bought the bike, at least you can oil and recharge them :-)

I tried ditching the air box with my gsxr 1100w 93, I lost a lot of mid range, I tried playing with the setup, but once i got good mid then the bottom suffered, then the top end... After researching this i found that those carbs need still air to work best, thats why I went back to the stock box, and that fixed the problem.
