When do we humans get over all these old brainwashing religions that obviously can't be all true at the same time? E.g. British research found that praying for someone elses health even has the opposite effect of the intent. No religion would win if evidence was truly judged in a court of law. A TRUE GOD wouldn't care whatever religion you have (usually depends on where you are born!) but would care about your behavior!

While some Islamic cultures don't have a convert or die policy their religion dictates this if you take the verse literally. The same thing can be said for the Christian religion which orders the death penalty for gays, drunkards, disobedient children, etc. In my opinion based on my research both the Christianity and Islam are both barbaric religions if you take and live by its rules literally.

When it comes to the Koran and the Bible I've found that neither answers all of my questions. But then I found the Chronicals of Narnia. The story is written better and obviously divinely inspired by God who as it turns out is a Lion. Yes I know there is no proof of this but the same can and has been said about the Koran and the Bible. I'm sure after mankind has destroyed itself over religion that some future culture will find these books and everyone will eventually agree with me. Amen.

Theogically, Islam does not recognize Hindus and Buddhists at people of the book, that is, polytheists not related to Jews or Christians. This could mean trouble, however, Muslims in Mughal India were tolerant towards the Hindus, since you can't be a minority of people being INTOLERANT towards a nation of millions of people of a different religion. From my understanding Islam is based on submision to Allah. Their basic premise regarding other religions it to convert them or kill them. This doesn't represent all muslums, mainly the extremists. The rest take the christian veiw that all other religions are false and are subject to punishment by their God.

Generally, in Islamic history, Muslims didn't really follow a policy of kill or convert. As I said, Muslim rulers of India didn't really try to kill or convert their subjects, and likewise, in Spain and in most of the territories of the Muslim Empires, Muslims didn't really attempt to convert Christians. In Egypt, Christians and Muslims still live pretty much side by side in the cities.

Did that make the legitament ones corrupt? no, the scriptures were NEVER corrupted. and we do not use these apocryphal books either. They were written by Greek writers many years after the NT was finished. The reason we know is the style of writing and age.

the original biblical manuscripts of the NT were compiled WAY before the Council of Nysccia if that is what you are talking about. the 27 books of the New testement were compiled by Toutoullian like 200 years before any council. The books that were taken out were never in the original 27 books . they are called the Apocrypha.
