Absolutely - check out my latest video of "Spring Summer 2009 Makeup Trend". About half way in to the video I give a detailed description of how to put on liquid eye liner. I use a brush but the same technique can be translated into a felt tip liquid liner.

when i try to make my crease more intense sometimes i kinda go over it with like a brown eyeliner but not too dark or anything and then i blend it with eyeshadow and the it looks pretty good. sometimes i use a darker eyeshadow to go over the crease instead of eyelinder. but yeah just make sure to just blend it well. works for me~

I'm not able to get the mixing medium but I find if I only use a tiny bit of water the pigment doesnt bunch up too much. I love teal pigment, its my fave mac product ever. Really gorgeous look Sarah.

Mixing medium allows the pigment to stay on the eye longer. If you just wet the pigment it will most likely pill up and go on poorly. The MM lets the pigment go on smoothly and stay on all day.

ps do you know if that flat eyeliner brush was 1/4, 1/2, 3/8, 1/16" etc I looked up the MAC 212 which i gather is similar and one site said they think it's around 1/4 inch but I think they were guessing, do you know??? love mel :)
