Well, he in fact is a racist. For instance, RG has said most criminals are black and latino not because of poverty, education, or social causes, but rather b/c those races are just more criminal. The man is insane and even many of his friends have called him looney. Even the NYPost has called him nutso. Even Rudy himself admits he's an idiot. See 7WTC.
