Ash is a fail at raising pokemon - A really high level Charizard, a Totodile that hasn't evolved so it's about level 15/16. A bayleef that hasn't evolved about level 20/23. And a Pikach which he doesn't want to evolve for god knows why, and now still, he's in the Unova region with Pikachu. The pokemon series has been going now since 1998 and he still can't be bothered to get off his arse and use a thunderstone on Pikachu which is now probably level 100.

2. Overall it was a pretty even fight, I think what made Blaziken win was, the cushion of the seismic toss, and the high crit of Blaze kick. If Blaziken hadn't cushioned the fall Charizard would have prob won.
