hey tara i really love your videos and i've been feeling much better since i've been doing your yoga routines.i was wondering if you could do a video on how to improve your posture because i feel like i'm always standing/sitting with my shoulders slumped over.i'd really appreciate it
wow this isn't for beginners.....but nice workout..... hope someday i can do it as you do it.......I wish star with yoga but I'm overweight......is it possible for me to start yoga with your videos for beginners without getting hurt?
are your routines something that should be done in five minutes like this, or should we be holding poses longer? or is just a "do whatever the body feels" kind of thing? great video! love the back drop too :D
@sillyliza1234 When you practice yoga, it SHOULD be a habit. There is no success without repetition. Besides, you could do what I do. I pair her workouts with other workouts!
@lilwaternymph thats a good idea and i do do that i combined hers with sadie sardini (might be spelled wrong) i guess your right i just love pumping it up with slighly challenging things when im ready. and thanks for the comment it wasnt mean or trying to start something.
@queenabundance I had practiced yoga for about 2 years,In yoga theres no particualar asana's orders (Unless you r doing Ashtanga) I believe that if you feel that this routine is not hard enough you can always postures, I do it all the time I may love a routine but maybe I add a some balance or flex postures you can spice it up by yourself
So happy with this routine. It fit right in with my morning before work. Thanks so much.
