so true so true!! I accept myself as a person...I love myself and who I am...I think I have a FANTASTIC personality!! but I don't accept my weight... and I'm currently trying to change that...

but since I'm trying to lose a bit of weight, people think I hate myself... SO NOT TRUE!!

You know I'm with you on this. People always find someone within themselves to criticise and dislike and I think we need to just ACCEPT. Acceptance breeds freedom.. X

Hi! Thank you so much for your response!! :-)) I think, we're pretty close in our views, it's maybe more a matter of from which perspective we approach the whole thing and also a matter of how we express it in words. I do accept myself for the person that I am on the inside...but I can't accept my body in it's current state...I am not looking for perfection....But I am looking for the best ME I can be. But I do agree that we should accept ourselves as a person...But not accept our bodies as they are because the reason I am losing weight is because I am not going to accept my body this way...But I'm not disagreeing with you. Just commenting! =D Love your videos!
