God! This is a tragedy for Iraq and the common people of the US. The poor soldiers sent to die in Iraq for the incompetence or bad will or their leaders is a tragedy, but most tragic is the destruction of a country, Iraq. I am not American, but I fear the hate produced by this conflict. May God enlighten the future president of the US to stop the suffering of the Iraqi people and their own.
When re-PIG-LIE-CON diebold machines control the voting process its no wonder the last 2 elections were stolen and we have false flag attacks (9/11) on our own countrymen and LIES to start wars it really means "We the people" need to stand up & take back our once proud country & see that everyone of these insane corrupt scum are HUNG for mass murder & TREASON vs "We the people"
The past tense of "hang", meaning a form of judicial execution, is "hanged". I hope we all have a chance to learn the proper use of this verb by hearing it in the news regarding former government officials who have received a fair trial.
Most of the Bush cabinet is composed of those with dual American/Israeli citizenship. Iraq was invaded for the benefit of Israel. AND, the continued turmoil in the Middle East benefits ONLY Israel.
This is why the war drums are being pounded for invading IRAN. On and on, the enemies of Israel are being fought with AMERICAN blood and AMERICAN taxpayer money.
Are your taxes too low, my friends? How much of that money has gone to schools, health care or infrastructure, such as New Orleans?
Typical shill behavior from a stupid servant to a morally bankrupt elite. Bring some dissenting FACTS, or shut your mouth. The ad hominem crap all of you shills come with is old, tired, and doesn't fool anyone.
I showed "No End in Sight" in my college classes. My students represent a wide spectrum of political beliefs and backgrounds--including liberals and conservatives in pretty equal numbers--but EVERYONE was equally shocked by just how badly our own government messed this up! I'm still on the fence over how much of this was just plain ignorance, and how much was deliberate negligence.
I also recommend the 2005 documentary "Why We Fight". Less political but very eye-opening (begins with Eisenhower's farewell warning of the growing "Military Industrial Complex.")
See now this guy is a real political scientist who also makes films. Not like Michael Moore, who simply spews propaganda. If more political commentary was like this, then more people would be convinced.
He made an amazing film. However I don't agree with your Moore comment. YES, Michael is partisan but if you look at his films he EXPOSED Iraq etc years before others did. The one scene in 911 that stuck out was when he got his cameras in the meeting of the "corporations" where they said, when the war starts the money will flow and that these corporations better start investing! Now we have thousands of NO bid companies in Iraq making billions. The 1rst thing secured in Iraq was the oil fields.
don't blame our beloved president.....HE CAN'T READ......he couldnt find oil in texas, and he "became an adult" at 46 when he quit drinking. So, a 1 page summary is challenging without pictures or its affilaition to baseball
I think the director was too soft on Bush and Co. I don't think they 'blundered' in putting Paul Bremmer in charge. He made deliberate moves to make sure Iraq couldn't re-nationalise the oil, that real democracy and accountability was denied to Iraqis. The military secured the oil fields, and KBR companies built the bases. These guys are millionaires in oil and defense. They did very well out of this. Other people paid the heavy price for their actions.

Thanks. Yeah, I saw that one, too. :)

Since this is a college class and not high school, so go all out and treat them to "V for Vendetta".
Then again, with all the current hysteria over campus violence, maybe not. :)
