I did give a copy to my realtor and he is not happy with the seller either.

Next is getting paperwork (proof seller lied) and then going to see an attorney.

At the time, no.

Of course this was based on the flood cert that said we were NOT in a flood zone & the seller's disclosure statement (unfortunately the seller lied & we had to eat the loss).

Now we did get flood insurance but it wont be effective till 8-28-09, so pray we dont get flooded till after that.
