This is perfect for the Doctor and Donna's relationship! I love that he got to have a brother/sister/friend realtionship with someone.

I don't mean to start any conflicts, but I prefer these two as a platonic relationshp. I thought it was really nice for the Doctor to have a companion where things didn't get too complicated between them. to me they're BFFs, and sometimes that's more enjoyable to watch than a romantic couple.

Can you imagine, not being able to remember the best thing that ever happened to you? I know my life would be pointless without a breath of fresh air. Moffat is a way better writer than Davies. Even if my favorite episode (Series 5's Vincent and the Doctor) was written by Richard Curtis, I bloody love Moffat's episodes. He brings continuity and he brought us River !

@melodysymphonystar Oh not just losing her best memories, they seemed to have thrown out all the character development too and put Donna back to square one. To me it's almost like Davies didn't like the character at all! Rose fared much much better getting the Doctor Donna clone.

Aw, so great to see a happy Doctor and Donna vid! Great stuff. The title is very fitting, too, because I always liked how the Doctor couldn't bring himself to get another companion after the pain of losing Donna. Of course, it changed after he regenerated, but Ten couldn't go on without his best mate.

I also love the clip where the Doctor returns from near death on the Sontaran ship, Martha hugs but Donna whacks him like a mum catching her five-year-old nearly running across the road!
