It was pulling on the rail because it was checking the curvature of its beak to make sure it still worked. Seeing how silly it was for thinking that its beak wouldn't work it started laughing. And then checked again to make sure. All the while dealing with smoking and littering issues. So it was a very basic day in the life of an animal
