exactly he bases his predictions upon what he reads so technically everyone does base they're prediction is upon something that is predictable

That's what everyone does, do you really think besides the people that work at Apple know what's going on, or if anyone has inside information? That is why it is called predictions, this is what I think Apple will do at WWDC.
