  • very nice music you make here

see you on the wigglerside :D

  • That was really inspiring! We have a Buchla at my university that I'm gona start "playing" instead of just patching.

  • @WRENCHdotSE Thanks and that sounds like a ton of fun. I've never seen one in person. Enjoy!

  • Although there are many examples on YouTube of endless sequencing, it's good to show that modulars can do this kind of thing too. Great knobbing!

  • From the comment: 'Very simple' Yeh...but that's what gets it going. Lovely...really good.

  • This video is totally awesome! I really like the sense of quiet space it wanders in and out of. Great stuff. (And there you are "jamming" on your Q141!)

  • That's the best compliment a fella like me could get. Miles Davis is my hero. Wayne Shorter - check those guys out if you haven't. Space is the place, baby. The space between the notes, that is.

  • I love Miles Davis . . . I'll have to check out Wayne Shorter.

  • Thanks for the kind words guys. Muffwiggler rules!!

I realized the day after posting this that I had the MOTM MIDI interface arpeggiators on the whole time through both of these videos. DUH. No wonder the machine-gun 16th notes weren't popping through... Oh well!

  • cool vid

i've been looking at numerology for sequencing my modular once i get a midi interface. nice demonstration

  • greetings from the Wiggler forum :-)

    Fantastic video!

    Andreas

  • Cool, nice sounds on this one!

Which interface is that sitting on top of your case?

  • Thanks! Plainer sounds on this one so you can hear the voices/notes a little easier. That's a MOTU 24io I just bought on ebay on top of the modular. Volta arrives tomorrow and I'll have 24 ins and outs for CV, gates, EG's, LFO's etc from the computer (mostly Numerology) right at the modular ready to patch. Will be able to easily pipe audio tracks in and out as well. This video uses 3 channels of the MOTM 650 MIDI>CV interface top left.
