I'm a guy who does both (although I tend to swap between Arcane and fire(?!?) PvP as a mage. I tend to find that a mage will generally do well if they get anything flat footed, where as my warrior (sry guys prot PvP) tends to own when caught flat footed..
This is not only a gorgeous music video for a badass song, it's also a damn good representation of what the in-game animations SHOULD look like.. (UNfortunately, they don't. So I will keep daydreaming here and leveling my Warrior to this song.)
I wish warriors were actually this badass, to bad they are the worse class in WoW. Even if played right, against any other class that has half a brain can beat a highly skilled warrior. Yep, this game is so balanced alright.
@Amarian333 I can play warrior just fine lol. It's been my main since day one and that won't change. I've been in top pvp teams and am in the number 1 guild on my server. I know what i'm doing. Doesn't change the fact you can't touch a half decent frost mage, or get burned to half hp by a rogue before kidney shot ends.

Just.. stop. If you experience real arena and not bg's while your undergeared you will see how powerful they are.

Seriously, 4k resilience, full ruthless and a rogue will dance your ass to half health before you know it. They are incredibly broken. Please just stop.

A mage has to have a pretty decent head start on you to pull off a solo kill at 85, since you can heroic leap, charge, etc, right into their face, and their armor (about as thick as friggin toilet paper) won't guard them from a nice heroic strike crit

You can't easily break through a mages shield because 1, you can't touch them, and 2, warriors hit like pure shit. 15k CRITS with 3 stacks of lambs and landslide, while a mage facerolls and HITS me for that much, oh yeah, shield breaks, instant freeze, and instantly replenish his shield. @crums44 I can say that you're right...A mage has to really know what they're doing if they're going to take down a warrior solo...I'm a mage and I've pulled it off once...I've slacked on my gearing since...Cloth armor isn't the best armor but that's why we have our bubble, ring of frost, mirror image, blink, frost nova, and invisibility. Sadly...tricks only work for so long before they catch on...or that they figure out that ring of frost..is really a ring..
