Can anyone help? I bought this Dodo but when I fly the rotors don't spin at all yet i am still able to fly. Anyone got a fix? (I have tried reinstalling).

I would like to compare the DodoSim 206 with the DreamFoil one for X-plane, I am pretty partial to X-plane for heli flight but would love to try out the Dodosim one day.

Hey solved the problem. Weird, but before the replay, I have to start the engines, so the rotor appears moving in replay. If the engine is not on before, the rotor stays still, until the camera is a long distance from the helo..??

Great video! Ive just got into fsx from xplane, a big but fun learning curve! I bought the dodo, love it, but for some reason, when I try to film a replay, the rotor animation stops and it looks real silly!! Any ideas? I'll check for a patch? I just bought ezdok, wow a videomakers wet dream!

FSX own replay feature has a few problems with the Dodo 206 and other add ons. Google for "FSRecorder 2" to add a much better replay feature to FSX. Also, it's advisable to reduce the Dodo's realism to 1 when playing back a replay or it will wreac havoc on its systems. ;)

I use "FSRecorder 2" to record and playback the flight, "Fraps" to capture the actual video and "EZdok Camera" for the camera angles.

It's the "Speculation" wave animation from the REX Overdrive package in conjunction with the "Paul's favourite settings" preset of the freeware tool "FS Water Configurator".

It's quite old already. There are much better systems for FSX now. ,)
