Again, great info. A lot of help for those of us starting out. Don't take it personally Jeff, but listening to the same music track all the way through all the videos is really annoying and distracting. Like I said in a previous comment a little help with video editing would go a long way.
Is It possible to put the Turkey on the lower level, and put a ham or a pork roast on the top level?

Wafemeister-I read on another site that approx. 225 is around the "I" or "D" in IDEAL temp on the guage.

i have the same ecb mine does not have the temp gauge on the lid only the warm ideal hot. where would the 225 250 temp range be on my gauge?
