I told them during the meeting that I would need to be near the dance floor, guess I didn't specify how close.for the wedding.. they wanted me absolutely hidden.. and I was.. in the screened in Gazebo. I guess they wanted me out of the way too for the reception. they were running out of room to have 250 people under the tent.. I guess the first one that goes is the DJ.

im surprised they wouldnt put you on the "dancefloor" looking thing in the middle of the canopy
