well since they tally up the votes by the PERCENTAGE of votes taken by the whole country's population then it makes sense that the least populated country won.

think about it... lets say indonesia has a population of 100 ppl n singapore had 10. 35 of the 100 indo ppl vote, and 6 of the 10 singaporeans vote. u see? 35% vs 60%... i kno this sounds very much exaggerated but that's exactly how it works in the tallying up of the votes.
