Actually, Iraq caused much more damage to infrastructure, civilians, and military bases and equipment than Iran ever had. It was Iran that failed way more than Iraq. Iraq did not have support, it had the economic edge and purchasing power. Iran never independently launched satellites. They needed Russians to launch for them. Actually Arab countries did extensive help to Iraq.The rich ones with money and the not so rich ones (Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Tunis, Sudan...)with soldiers, pilots and material.Algeria, Syria, Libya, and Lebanon were the only exceptions.
