@87California you sure dude? I don't remember seeing any Asian gang in Vice City however the Triads and Yakuza were BIG in GTAIII (vital parts of the story.) And really, GTAIV had Triads? Must be in the other parts of the story (Lost and Damned, Ballad of Gay Tony)
Yes, Johnny did kill Billy. But the gang wasn't abandoned. In GTA Chinatown Wars, which takes place in 2009 and GTA IV and it's DLC in 2008, The Lost still exist.

@Jodosendo Billy was only the leader of the Alderny Chapter of the lost. Theres still the Broker Chapter and possibly others.
