Yeah he looks healthy to me. All baby birds are actually pretty ugly. They have a lot less "fluff" than the adults. I hand-reared a blue jay that fell out of his nest. That thing was hideous, brown, and half naked. I only knew what he was because his mom was sitting up in the tree chirping at him. They just have to grow their adult plumage.
I gotta admit a tucan as a pet there not ment to be in England they need freedom and their real mum in the rainforests in warmer countries

as long as it don't stay forever in this small cage its okay. my friend had a toucan bird and he had a too smalll cage. thats what made me say that.
