It doesnt have much to do with your DAW, it has more to do with the sounds you use. I can hear an "FL" sound a mile away cause theyre so disgustingly bad, if you use sounds from your own library, including synths, and know how to mixdown even a little, you can make your tracks sound good on FL too, but most people make beats with the sounds on FL and have little experience or knowledge on how to mixdown, and thats why they fail.
