Man! How can you do that glissando!!! I'm doing this piece for my grade 7, and I really can't do it! I can do all the other bits, but not that!!! ^_^

Yikes, I know! Glissandos just scare me. I'm thinking of playing this piece at a music festival next year, but that's something I'll definitely have to work on.

What kind of clarinet do you have? It sounds very much like a Boosey and Hawkes, but I'm sure it isn't. You have lovely control over the high register; I know from experience that this movement can feel very exposed depending on the kind of acoustics.
