I dont believe in eating protein and fat in large amounts and carbohydrates in very little amounts like a popular diet out there says to, but I was in the best shape of my life when I mostly ate lean proteins, and carbohydrates and fats in moderation with exercise. too much protein also is bad for joints and kidneys.
