With 1.3.1, wouldn't it help to go under highpass filter, and bring up the rolloff and filter quality?

If some of you can't find the FFT Filter its because your using 1.3 Audacity. 1.3 Audacity uses a more advanced version of this its the effect call "Equalization" when you find it just follow these directions.
