  • Its amazing how the video is so fast yet so clear and simple to follow I just cooked a pasta dish following the instructions here. Just replacing a few ingredients with what I had available in the kitchen. Came out beautifully :D

    Minced crab?

    Just use white crab meat. If it's from fresh crab, just scrape it out of the shell onto a shallow tray, and sift it for bits of shell with your fingertips before adding to the dish as per the recipe
