I'm not to far from you, I live in North Alabama, and we can't hear the siren in my region. I'm considering building a PA bank, like yours to put up.

If I am not home and the power is still active I can remotely activate my sire via telephone. I spoke with our EMA director about radio activation through them and they turned me down because of liability issues. Maybe I can have better luck if I try again at a different approach.
