To keep it in the court set your feet as early as possible... so you can contact the ball out in front like a first serve. You definitely want to snap the wrist... especially when your opponent hits a great lob and the ball gets a little behind you. Snap the wrist to keep it in the court.
qn: taking that the overhead and the serve have the same motion, how should it be hit that it stays in court? should it be hit with "more wrist action"?
