When you click on the "calculate shipping" link you are taken to your profile where you can setup shipping calculations for domestic and international shipping.
What browser are you using? What country are you in?
I set it up to be usps as the default but that's all it lets me do. My account is verified and everything. But it will just not let me go to the calculate shipping. I posted a question on the paypal forum and got no replies. I'm in the US and I tried it on Firefox and on chrome. I sent them an email and just got an automatic answer back, which didn't help at all.
When I click the "calculate shipping" link it just takes me to "my profile", any help?
