What? Where was the intentional grounding call before this? Holding is what the chargers were doing to Freeney all night, not the tiny bit of contact within 5 yards before the pass is thrown. Oh and Hardwick threw Sessions over by his facemask as he was grabbing Sproles so both penalties should offset. To top it off they shouldn't have been in overtime since Chambers caught that ball out of bounds which would have forced a field goal.

1. Ron Winter has a history of bad calls

2. Even if the calls were right, the Chargers lose without the penalties.

3. If another ref team were calling that game, the Chargers lose.

How about when Peyton Manning scored that touchdown when the chargers were subbing and he hurried up his offense.

If the chargers had a fair chance to defend them on that play the game probably wouldn't have been as close.
