Oh hahaha well i'd hate to spoil it for you if ya haven't watched it yet. I think the part with Sasuke happens early on, but the rest of it like with Orochimaru are from later on. the fight with Naruto and Orochimaru is somewhere around episode 50 lol.
(cracks knuckles) that is naruto when under the effect of what is known as the "demon fox cloak" which is the embodyment/partial release of the kyuubi's power, turning naruto into a mini-kyuubi, the number of tails that are generated indicate the level of power, and the degree to which naruto has lost himself to the beastial nature of the kyuubi. you may remember seeing the 1st level of thius ability in the fight between naruto and sasuke in naruto. that is the four tails level.
