@tiffeatsbrains - I used to think so too but you are wrong.The Zambians are not just as good at marketing their tourisim.The variety there is amazing - better than Zimbabwe.Its just like many people are told the Vic Falls is in Zimbabwe,( Zimbabwe smartly named their town Vic Falls) and only realize when they get there that they have to cross over to the Zambian side to have a better view. I bet with the economic and political issues in Zimbabwe the tourisim has gone down too.

@joshchim You see, I having been to both sides of the Vic Falls, can say that the view from the Zimbabwean side is better by far. I feel sorry when I see the tourists on the Zambian side who don't get a good view of the falls, while the people who were not too scared and naive to go to Zimbabwe enjoy themselves

one time a dead woman get a price for the kind of her death. on a safari she was angry because the lions mum seems not to taken care for it's baby. the woman took the lions baby and brought it to the mother xD

because of this, the female lion attacked and killed her xD thats such a stupid death ^^

I think at night they use infrared lamps. On the camera it looks like a really bright light, but remains pitch black. Same way they filmed a segment of Planet Earth.

Seeing a hippo out of water, in person, is the single strangest sight I've ever come across. Nothing looks more unnatural - yet there it is.

Also that lion at the end looked like he was thinking "Ugh...tourists..." MMm fun with anthropomorphisation!

I found out through the BBC Documentary, Planet Earth, that the light that is used cannot actually be seen by the animals. I'm not exactly sure what it is called.

They use their tusks for fighting each other quite frequently. Could have been possible that they were broken off.
