That is essentially the same 'EXACT' way that we black women do it. But because the instructor is a white female there's automatic 'doubt' coming from the black community, 'aww she can't do it like we do it'. That's bullshit, the format that she showed was the same format we black folks use. This instructor was doing it on straight/stringy 'white' textured hair, so of course it will look different, and the handling of the hair will be different, because the texture is different than black hair.

just sleep with a tuque that fits fairly tight to your head. like one for winter. but put something inside of it first like a plastic bag or something that is smooth.

no ... well with my hair (afro-american) it stays but for caucasian hair i think you better put something to protect the hair cause i think it's easier to mess up the hair ..
