The models look like techno punks who dropped out of college to deejay raves across Europe, complete with the "Instead of blow drying my hair I just roll with it wet" look. That's not necessarily a bad thing. If Betsy Johnson can carve out a market selling frilly quirkiness to fantasy Barbie wannabes, so can Alexander Wang create a niche for skateboard riding, Legend of Zelda loving Skrillex fans.

I personally love this collection, I think he's really developing his style. What would you rather he did, the same 'downtown' collection every single time, or change it up a bit?

I don't understand why ppl criticise Alexander Wang's design. To me his design is so simple yet still edgy. And what I love the most is that all his designs look so comfortable, i mean they're really wearable! I also love the boyish look in his design.

the sad thing is because of the growth of the Asian economy we here in the west will have to forcefully endure the mediocrity that is alexander wang and jason wu its not about the talent anymore is about who they promote, I'm Asian and i hate those two UGHCk!!

Maybe you're not trying to look at Alexander Wang's approach? He tries to put up simple designs that are at least wearable.... It's simple and classy while keeping it to a minimum edge.

I liked some of it, but not all of it. towards the end it looked like he used shower curtains and those bath mats you put in the floor of your shower to keep from slipping... Kinda wierd. Not a big fan of the motorcyclist camo print either

i dut understand why all the ppl hates this and that~ the collection is fresh and nice. Fashion is about looking forward not compare to the previous one. the models look great in the outfit. the shoes are amazing. Designer should always thnk out of the box and go beyond their comfort zone. He done it well.

Holy Crap the REAL soundtrack sounds SO MUCH MORE FITTING!!!! Its banging beat heavy awesomeness!! Look up "Alexander Wang ss 2012 beginning" :)

And I also feel this isn't my favorite collection of his (also, the casting did seem a bit odd) but I think some of his ideas here are nice and the individual pieces would look great being mixed and matched into your wardrobe.

i don't understand the hate??? I actually liked this. well not all of it, there were a few hiccups like the hair could have been less cow lick right at there heads, the music is a bit random at times but i love it around 7:00 minutes in the little chime. lol. the collection seemed a little random to be honest, not very cohesive but the garments themselves were good. OMG the models were also a bit random like the buff girl, maybe she shouldn't have worn that exact piece.

How can one POSSIBLY limit colors to the fall season. Any color can show up in any collection for any season, and be right at home. Its much more about the designers vision, much less about so called "rules".
