Your right, your body will naturally react to a thought with "tension".. Its this tension cycle that you have to let go of.. I know its easier said than done but you have to try and "let go" of the tension.. I was taught to take breath deep into the stomach and make sure I 'm not tensing anything (float thorugh it) and just keep moving on and most of all, never avoid because your just re-assuring your thoughts and thats where agoraphboia begins and sets in..
