Whish i could get in the redcar steel works, thats about 30 miles from me in shildon, apparently redcar has its own internal rail system and i am a rail enthuiast
Is Scunthorpe still open and does it make rails?

@nov3019892008 I no longer live in the UK, but am sure Scunthorpe Steelworks is still open and making rails. Now owned by TATA, I think.

quite good footage. i'm not too far from the corus teeseide steel works, scunthorpes seem bigger. good old british steel!
