how do you get the text input box to appear? it directly puts the text input icon on the image itself and it's beginning to annoy me.

@SurebrecUK I think you need to make a new layer, then click the A (Text) button on the left hand side in the tools and click where you want,

I have a probelem that i need to sort out.. Whenever I add text to an image and save what I have the text when looking at the saved image always seems to look crappy, lots of digital pixellation round it even though i work in 700dpi.. Is there any way to save the image and not lose quality with the text??? I'm talking about normal text...

@azrael666ethereal When I save stuff on PSPx {yeah the older version} I usualy copy the image and save it on paint, as a .png file and it usually turns out really good =) try that.

If You have your text slanted the reflection tool will not work very well

When I went to save my image it saved as a merged image and looked pixely? How do I save it?

If you right click on any layer on the right hand side, go to merge and then all (flattened), it will combine all the layers together and should be save clearer.

This vid is cool though, I knew the properties button but never thought of using it on the text...
