I always wondered who is this song narrated by. I think the verses are "liar's" because he told all these lies. Then the LIAR part would be Emilie's as a response. Then the "are you suffering" part would be Emilie's too since she wants her revenge on him. I'm not sure about the chorus though, it could be Emilie's desperate love confession as well as more of the liar's lies.Or, this doesn't have to be about Emilie particularly, but about an abusive relationships in general.Anyway, wonderful song!

Her works have depth, which feed your soul more than a lot of mainstream stuff people listen to today. It's just like in a really good book where the main character has a terrible past. While feelings are aroused in you, you still get pleasure from it. To me, suffering would be like listening to really bad music, like Kesha (hate her; she could learn a few things from Emilie)

@MeganIsCharmed Well I do singing for my music assessments and Epica is great to do, really good technique training but if you've got a low voice like me and cannot sing high notes at all then how about maybe a vocaloid song translated like Rotten Girl Grotesque Romance or even Rotten Boy Grotesque Romance if your voice is that low. High songs you could try Tristania or another vocaloid like Alice of Human Sacrifice, I know I've suggested loads of vocaloids but they're really good Hope I helped
